Therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative worldbuilding,

each relationship a container built on a foundation of safety and care to attune to the unique experiences, needs, and dreams, of the folks I work with.

My work is rooted in intersectional feminism, queer theory, liberation  psychology and folds in neurobiology,  internal family systems, narrative therapy, somatic inquiry, dbt, act, and solutions focused therapy, as the shape of therapeutic work and collaboration calls for it.

I enjoy collaborating with folks outside of talk therapy through play therapy and art therapy–so often finding the language and words for processing experiences of all kinds can be hard and art and play offer expansive possibilities in processing.
